Living healthy should be a important part of your lifestyle. It not only benefits your appearance and ability to enjoy what life has to offer but it also benefits those around you. Imagine being able to play with your grandchildren and be able to keep up with them. We may not all think about it now because we are still young and able to perform many activities without pain but as we age we may not be able to.
We go through day to day eating fast food and drinking coffee after coffee putting junk into our bodies. You may say to yourself, "I'm in ok shape" or "I'll go to the gym tomorrow." But deep down we all know that we are compensating for our lack of motivation. I too was this way when I was younger. But when I became 25 I started to notice changes in my physical capabilities. I wasn't able to to run as fast or jump as high and my cardio abilities dropped. I never really took care of myself when I was younger because I did not think about what would happen as I aged.
So I started changing my lifestyle including things such as eating habits, work routine and mental awareness.
And now my life has never been better. In my next post I'll tell you how so stay tuned.
